We’re Suki Sydney and we’re bringing the sun, sand and surf to your doorstep with our Australian beach-babe inspired swimwear and summer attire! We’re the go-to brand for women worldwide wanting high-quality, affordable, stylish swimwear and of course a touch of that Aussie good life.
In order to offer our customers high quality but affordable prices we cut out the middleman and give you straight access to the manufacturers and designers who can sell their products on Suki. Suki therefore is a marketplace and as such we do not package and ship the products ourselves. Instead, you receive the products straight from the designers and manufacturers (a little bit like Amazon Marketplace for fashion).

Please note, we've listed on the individual product descriptions if we recommend that you size up or down from the standard size guide depending on the individual cut and sizing of some products. Additionally, certain products come in a one size option, and that will be listed on the product descriptions as well!

As soon as your product is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us containing a tracking code. With that code, you can track the status of your shipment using your country's local postal service (see our shipping page for links and more information). If you have not received a shipping confirmation, your order is likely still being processed and packaged up for send out. If you have not received a shipping confirmation from us within 14 days of placing your order, please contact us.
Relax lovely, most likely you've ordered a couple of items from a few of our suppliers, or supply locations! As such, they are likely being packaged up and sent out in separate packages!
If you didn't receive separate shipping notifications per package after 14 days just shoot us an email and we'll locate your additional items for you!
You sure will - so please ensure you enter the correct email address on checkout so we can get in contact with you and let you know when your items are on their way!
Order confirmations will be sent to the email listed on your order once you place one. Therefore, please ensure that your email address is correct. If you have not received an order confirmation email please also be sure to check your spam as some email providers may send the emails there.
Shipping confirmations will be sent when your order is fulfilled and the tracking ID created before shipment. Please feel free to contact us if you don't receive any notification within 14 days.
In the time between placing your order and the shipment of the items it is possible to cancel the order. Please contact us directly if you want to cancel your order.
As soon as our customer service team has successfully cancelled your order, you will receive an email notification and payment returned to the payment method you used on checkout. Please ensure that your email address is correct.

Yes - we offer a 100% refund on items that are returned n their original condition within 14 days from date of delivery.
We also have four returns locations around the world so that none of our customers ever have to ship a return too far. Our returns locations are in Sydney Australia, Berlin Germany, Florida USA and Kuala Lumpur Malaysia.

Absolutely - if an item is not a perfect match, or doesn't fit quite right we can go ahead and issue an exchange! You can read all about it on our returns page here. In a nutshell, let us know what needs to be exchanged and return the item to us that doesn't fit quite right, and we will send out the replacement item when we receive the original item. Alternatively, to receive the replacement order faster you can go ahead and place a new order, and when we receive your returned item we will refund you 100%!
